Editorial correspondence and material submitted for publication should be addressed to the Editor, Karen Wagner. All materials should be sent by the 15th of the month before issue publication. All submissions are subject to editorial review and revision.

Advertising

Advertising is accepted on a space-available basis. Deadline for submitting material is 15th of the month before issue publication.
